**ELECTRICIAN**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Installation**: Install electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in domestic and commercial spaces, including but not limited to offices, retail buildings, and industrial facilities.
- **Maintenance**: Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including circuit breakers, wiring, and lighting systems, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- **Testing and Inspection**: Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with national safety standards and regulations.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to plan and execute installations or repairs accurately.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other contractors, engineers, and project teams to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements Essential**
- Valid wireman’s license / electrician license/certification for domestic and commercial work
- Min 5 years established track record
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards OHASA.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (required)

License/Certification:

- Wireman’s license / Electrician license (required)
