Hospitality Payroll Administrator

**Payroll administrator required for luxury 5 star boutique hotel in Franschhoek.**
**Job description**:
The client requires an experienced Payroll administrator to administer the hotel's payroll for approx 30+ employees.
- Prepare and collect monthly payroll inputs
- Capture the monthly payroll inputs
- Check monthly payroll for errors
- Submit all 3rd party payroll report to the Finance Department for payment
- File all appropriate information for record keeping
- Process personnel administration
- Distribute payslips
- Handle staff queries related to remuneration, benefits and employment conditions
- Provide general assistance to Branches in general
- Compile and distribute relevant communication to employees, e.g. Letters of appointment, increase letters, etc.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Liaise with Service Providers
- General administrative support to the Human Resources team

Skills required**:
- Grade 12
- At least 5 years related experience in a shift work environment
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Full Payroll System knowledge & experience, as well as payroll integration with a Time and Attendance system
