**JOB PURPOSE**:
Responsible for maintaining, improving and expanding existing and, new business relationships by working closely with management in directing the performance of sales and services into the South African E-Bike market.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide outstanding client service and support by building new business opportunities and improving existing services through research and execution of sales opportunities in the market for the Bosch eBike System. Identify needs of the market through consulting with dealers and end-users.
- Training and specialized advice to the dealers on site.
- Provides daily service and support, advice and resolves technical or software issues.
- Respond to end consumer calls for technical, general product support, and spare parts, etc.
- Organize and conduct regional training
- Implements regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities, business development.
- Identify development trends and give feedback.
- Make decisions on warranty cases per company guidelines and processing returns.
- Documenting cases in a diagnostic tool.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- South African Citizen, valid I.D.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum 2 years successful external sales experience, preferably within the Bicycle
- Industry.
- Minimum qualification level: Matric Certificate
- Achieve sales targets.
- Confident and well-spoken
- Knowledge of the bicycle industry.
- Sound understanding of:

- Seasonal forecasting and reporting.
- Bicycle parts and accessories.
- Excellent verbal written and online communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Innovative, self-starter
- Innovative, self-starter

**PACKAGE & REMUNERATION**:

- Basic Salary: R20,000.00 per month (CTC)
- Training provided
- Commission
- Business tools (e.g. company cell phone, laptop)
- Company car (T&Cs) apply
