**Introduction**

Our client based in Durban is looking for a seasoned recruitment manager to head up and lead their talent department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent.

Update current and design new recruiting procedures.

Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

Keep track of recruiting metrics.

Implement new sourcing methods.

Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.

Research and choose job advertising options.

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

Recommend ways to improve the employer brand.

Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

Participate in job fairs and career events.

Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Arrangement of psychometric assessments.

Creation of Job profiling and job descriptions.

Maintaining and analysing the recruitment budget.

Vendor Management.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

HR related degree or related tertiary qualification essential.

Minimum 10 years' experience in a Recruitment function with 5 years in a Senior management role.

Proven track record with bulk and specialist recruitment.

Proven track record of working in a managerial role for an inhouse talent acquisition department.

Good understanding of recruitment-related labour law and recruitment practices.

MS Office Proficient.
