MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The main goal of the Senior Recruitment Manager/ HOD position at GBS Support Services is to lead the recruitment efforts of our team by sourcing talent in areas like Sales Management, IT, BI, Finance, Product, Marketing, and senior management. Your vast experience will help identify, engage, and onboard top professionals to support our organization's growth and success.

As a senior leader, you'll need a strategic mindset, curiosity, and strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals, mentoring the recruitment team, and ensuring they meet our standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process efficiently
  • Expertise in high-volume and specialized recruitment
  • Build relationships with third-party providers
  • Lead and supervise the recruitment team
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various online job portals effectively
  • Work with recruitment agencies
  • Understanding of job gradings and salaries
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5 years of Senior Recruitment Management experience
  • Call Centre Industry experience preferred
  • Track record of driving recruitment initiatives
  • Provincial recruitment experience
