**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in expanding our online presence and scaling our business to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage product listings on our new website.
- Maintain and optimise existing product listings on platforms like Takealot and Amazon.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Meet deadlines for listing new products and updating existing ones.
- Collaborate with the team to improve product visibility and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Creative mindset with an eye for attractive product presentation.

**Work Arrangement and Hours**:
This is a flexible, remote position. Working hours are flexible within the given deadlines, allowing you to manage your time effectively. The estimation of hours needed will vary based on the volume of products to be listed and the complexity of the tasks. We will provide a more accurate estimate during the interview process.

**Location and Commuting**:
While our business is based in Kempton Park, this opportunity would be more beneficial for people who can commute to Sandton, Midrand, Randburg, Kempton Park, Benoni, or Centurion. Occasional in-person meetings or training sessions may be required in these areas.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is essential for creating high-quality product listings.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is helpful.
- Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is advantageous.
