**Job Purpose**
- To develop and maintain the Client Value Proposition and to support with marketing and PR strategies to grow and retain the Agricultural market in SA in line with Commercial Banking objectives and aiming to increase Nedbank’s' market share.**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g., Barrett Surveys etc.).
- Achieve business strategy (e.g., social responsibility; Green Strategy) by participating and supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Request research and investigation on the Agricultural banking sector and recommending improvement initiatives and effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Agricultural sector, value chains and commodity associations business and needs through conducting visitations and meetings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders through collaboration with business partners (e.g., area, regional managers and executives) and other cross functions to communicate and sharing new solutions and innovations.
- Review and enhance the Agricultural CVP on an annual basis by assessing industry and market trends and Agricultural performance.
- Enhance the profile of Nedbank among the Agricultural community by identifying opportunities to promote the Agricultural brand; develop and deliver.
- Agricultural marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing that supports the marketing strategy.
- Provide input and advice pertaining to the selection of business solutions/products that can be offered to the Agricultural sector through regular engagement with various product houses and by ensuring that new developments and/or solutions are introduced and offered to the Agricultural franchise market.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with Agricultural stakeholders with the aim to enhance the Agricultural Client Value Proposition (CVP).
- Drive the marketing strategy in terms of Marketing and PR supporting the Marketing and PR team and Agric leadership.
- Provide content and though leadership topics to support marketing and PR strategy.
- Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- BSc Agric Agricultural Economics
- BSc Agric Agricultural Management
- Minimum Experience Level- 5 years Banking experience in Agriculture, Client Value Propositions and Financial Services Marketing in Agriculture
