We are looking for a **Client Support Consultant** to join the CX team at a big, amazing and an innovative company in the health tech space.

The Purpose of the Client Experience (CX) Team is to deliver a consistent & remarkable client experience through every single interaction with the company. As apart of the CX team you will contribute to this endeavour through superior service as a first point of contact. In client experience, you are expected to hold yourself to behavioural guidelines characterised by these phrases - Tomorrow ain’t gonna cut it / Quality is a habit, not an act / Dig Deeper etc. You need to be self-motivated and self-directed with customer satisfaction being at the core of all you do.

**Duties**:

- Deal with incoming queries from clients and prospective clients in line with the defined client experience, service targets and our service guiding principles
- Log queries and all activities to resolve same completely, accurately on CRM system
- Escalate queries that cannot be resolved within the defined time-period to the Client Support Specialist
- Identify interventions that would make our value proposition more real to our clients, and initiate the required actions to achieve this
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Continuous learning to attain flawless knowledge of our products and services wit the required time-frames
- Attention to detail
- Mindfulness
- Ability to deal positively with upset clients
- Typing-proficiency of a level that allows the real-time capturing of query
- resolut activities performed by you will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in English, and at least one other official language, preferably more
- Punctuality

**Qualifications and Experience**
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- +/- 1-2 years inbound call centre experience
- Medical Aid knowledge advantageous
