The overall purpose of this position is to coordinate, schedule and plan training and developmental interventions, as per the operational functioning of this business. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements as per impacting legislation or training policy or related standing operating procedures.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Driver’s License (EB)
- Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Packages
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- PSIRA Grades E-A
- A minimum of five (5) years Training or Skills Development experience
- Must be able to compile a Project Plan
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access)

***Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)**:

- Engage with senior management and ability to compile reports on training progress, status and feedback.
- Present and coordinate plans for the implementation of learnership programmes, Skills Programme sand related training interventions for all employees within the business.
- Coach and guide learners on learnership programmes
- Communicate intervention progress on programmes planned, in progress or completed as per best practices and database capturing.
- Compile, coordinate and manage project plans
- Compliance with legislative and Quality Assurance guidelines that includes but are not limited to:
SASSETA / PSIRA / NKP/ SAPS / DoL / PFTC/ CAA / QCTO etc.
