**Job Summary**:
The Procurement & Supplier Manager is responsible for managing all procurement activities of the company, including the identification and selection of suppliers, negotiating and managing contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify potential cost savings opportunities while ensuring the best quality products are delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance across different categories.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring that the company receives the best possible terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure that the company's procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keeps agents and merchants informed of products available and their current prices.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all necessary documentation is in place.
- Identify and manage risks associated with procurement activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

**Special Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of distributor and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Procurement & Supplier management skills and knowledge

**Working Conditions**: The Procurement & Supplier Manager will work in an office environment and may be required to travel to meet with suppliers. This is a full-time position that may require work outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: R55,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 5 years (required)
- SAP Supply Chain Management: 2 years (preferred)
