Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for an **AMC Representative **at our** King Shaka International Airport**. The successful applicant** **will report to the **Airport Manager**.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Monitor the daily operational plans as shared by OCC;
- Distribute information regarding planned issues, service provider’s constraints /shortages;
- Cross check daily movements against the ACSA parking bay list;
- Monitor the Apex system to detect any abnormalities, possible delays and bay changes;
- Analyse any aircraft technical problems;
- Responsible to communicate ETA’s to service providers to meet SLA agreements;
- Responsible for Performance Monitoring i.e. OTP;
- Provide input and agree on KPIs;
- Monitor deviations;
- Negotiate best solutions towards bay/gate allocation’s as per FlySafair’s preference;
- Provide a comprehensive end of shift handover;
- Review trends and any non-conformance or deviations within the reports and engage with stakeholder’s to close the gaps;
- Follow up with service providers if services are not in the bay as per SLA standards;
- Participate in communications where input is required, internally and externally.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12 certificate;
- 2-4 Years Airport operational experience
- Previous AMC experience would be advantageous;
- Good understanding of operational requirements;
- Excellent understanding of functioning and decision making during irregular operations (IROPS);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Solid computer literacy;
- Good decision-making skills;
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to work longer than normal office hours.
