Strategic Accounts Executive Manager

Enable superior growth in specific strategic accounts through orchestration of the account team at specific strategic accounts, identifying customer needs and connecting to the delivery of the Companyvalue proposition.
DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS
**Autonomy**:
Manages experienced sales professionals who exercise latitude and independence in handling accounts, providing direct sales, tactical and / or operational leadership. Leverages internal processes in support of sales representatives and selling activities.
**Organizational Impact**:
Establishes direct sales and operational plans with direct impact on function results, including target revenue, resource allocation, expenditures and future business opportunities. Is accountable for execution and implementation of a number of significant business transactions or projects. Ensures individual and team progress are monitored and reviewed.
**Innovation and Complexity**:
Provides market or operational insights. Problems and issues faced are complex, difficult and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
Makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, policies and / or products to enhance performance of entire sales team.
**Communication and Influence**:
Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors regarding ongoing operations.
Uses information exchange, influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties. May interact on issues that have externally shared objectives
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Similar) -Advantage - Medical Degree / Diploma coupled with a Business Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence/persuade senior decision makers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills needed to train/ coach teams and develop and maintain C-suite relationships.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Develops and drives appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Operating Units to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.
Develops, communicates, and implements business plans to achieve strategic target business results.
Identifies and develops ongoing mutual opportunities for acceleration of sales growth with key strategic accounts.
Design and present pan-companyvalue proposition that includes products, programs and solutions that address the customer need and provides long-term value for the company
Ensure customer service delivery from internal stakeholders and control and monitor delivery on established KPI’s.
Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level.
Partner with service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets and service standards are consistently met.
