Senior Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Whizants. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic accounts at senior and C-suite levels.
Your primary focus will be on driving long-term value, building trusted relationships, and delivering business growth with a specific emphasis on accounts in the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) industry.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives within client organisations.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, focusing on business outcomes and long-term value realisation.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell potential, and develop business development plans to drive account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer strategy.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure client satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Stay current on MNO industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements, providing clients with relevant insights.
