Financial Administrator

**Job Summary**
The Financial Administrator will create internal quotations, track expenditure daily, liaise with the Maintenance Department regarding finalisation of the service, and on completion submit signed-off documents to the Corporate Office Finance Department for invoicing.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Receives and handles internal quotation requests received from the Maintenance Manager.
- Provides pricing, delivery, and other order information to the Finance Department.
- Track expenditure daily.
- Maintains files of active orders and job cards, as well as updates with changes to lead times.
- Submits finalised documentation to the Finance Department for invoicing.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain good internal relations.
- Ability to type 40-50 words per minute.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum five years of experience in financial administration.
- Experience in maintenance processes and controls would be advantageous.
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- **Additional**:_
**Must **reside on the East Rand.
**Must** be available immediately.
