Receptionist/admin

Manage Multi -Company switchboard ,routing calls to appropriate extension.
Welcoming visitors and informing relevant staff of their arrival
Receiving incoming courier packages and preparing outgoing packages
Process daily outgoing mail and retrieving incoming mail from post office
Maintain master list of utility accounts by Property
Supplier Vendor Admin
- Creation= Sending all required document to supplier
- Editing = Updating information on vendor profile
- Verification = Checking information on the profile with Propasal Manager
Customer Admin
- Creating EPR Quotation
- Creating files for all new customers and Potential customers
- Inputting Pricing after estimator priced
- Manage inquiries mailbox with Proposal Manager
- updating of quotes and Jobs on our internal System
- Creating Job files and submitting it to the production department
Assisting with filing of quotation and Any other ad hoc duties
Required work experience:
3 years working experience as Receptions
Skills:
Good Telephone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
Organized ,resourceful and great time Management
**Education**:
Matric Certificate
**Salary**: From R5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
