Admin Assistant/receptionist

Reception experience or similar role
- Transport Industry experience (not compulsory but beneficial)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Filing and record keeping - maintain filing system & keep it up to date.
- Sending/booking of courier parcels & or packages (not compulsory but beneficial)
- Strong communicator - professional verbally and written (articulation, grammar &business writing)
- Good concentration and listening skills - able to listen and execute instructions/tasks given.
- Proactive - able to manage time efficiently on activities to increase effectiveness.
- Working well within a team but can also mange themselves on tasks.
- Accuracy in data capturing.
- Accurate and neat record keeping
**Salary**: Up to R9,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
