DHCS consists of 8 teams that are supported by dedicated Shared Services, Finances and Business Support teams. The teams under DHCS are:

- Corporate Clinics

**About Corporate Wellness**
- The primary function of Corporate Wellness is to deliver Discovery Health’s best in class, market-leading Wellness Screening Programme. Corporate Wellness gives our clients the tools and research to help them make their employees healthier, and therefore, help reduce costs related to healthcare, productivity, and absenteeism.**Key Purpose**
- To manage all administrative functions in support of booking onsite wellness days and wellbeing packages to employers and attend onsite wellness packages where there is a need.**Key Outputs**
- Booking wellness days with the Corporate Wellness Team and manage communication and confirmation to the Population Health Manager and ensuring the inclusion of the money mindset initiative.
- Booking wellness day packages at the employer as per the defined criteria and standard operating procedures. These tasks may include but are not limited to:

- Maintain a bookings calendar to ensure that available dates for onsite events are secured, with the applicable service providers for the Corporate Population Manager to effectively communicate and feedback to the employer.
- Taking instruction from and liaising with the Corporate Population Manager on the elements to be rolled out per employer.
- Liaising with internal SME’s and or third-party providers to arrange and book all the different elements applicable to the wellbeing package e.g. onsite activations, intervention enablers, incentive allocations.
- Manage and oversee issuing of spot prizes and vouchers at all delivered wellbeing packages as per the defined process between DHCS and Vitality Servicing Ops.
- Travelling to and from clients for certain events as required to ensure smooth running of an event and/or to provide onsite servicing support.

**Education and qualifications**

**Essential**
- Matric
- 2-3 years’ experience within the customer services industry

**Advantageous**
- Experience within corporate wellness or the wellness services industry.

**Knowledge requirements**

**Essential**
- Knowledge of Discovery Health and Vitality Products
- Experience in data handling and statistics.
- MS office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)

**Advantageous**
- Wellness services and or wellness industry experience.

**Skills requirement**
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail.
- Time management
- Deadline driven.
- Action oriented with the ability to handle multiple work items simultaneously.
- Interpersonal savvy
- Learning on the fly
