**Requirements**:

- Advanced Diploma in Built Environment
- 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience
- Driver’s Licence
- High degree of computer Literacy

Key Performance Areas
- Provide administrative and logístical support

services that defines and supports project scope,

cost, time and quality performance baselines.
- Produce project performance reports with respect to

scope, cost, time and quality.
- Prepare invoicing/payment certificate summaries on

request of Project Manager.

and distribute to QS Management for processing;
- Co-ordinate processed involved in management of tenders,

contracts and contractors.
- Ensuring that contract-related information is correctly

loaded and updated on the applicable systems as

instructed by the Contract Management Unit (CMU) (including

but not limited to Share Point, CMS, SAP).
- Updating of project schedules.
- Compliance to COCT policies, processes and procedures

relating to construction management to the Water &
Sanitation Directorate.
- Supporting implementation of standardised departmental

processes and procedure.
- Interpreting, implementing and managing Auxiliary Services

Contracts in accordance with the Water & Sanitation

Directorate.
- Implementing concepts and theoretical knowledge to

support the short-term and long-term objectives and

service delivery responsibility of the department/branch

in order to maintain records of intelligent contracts

data and enable evidence-based decision-making.
- Collecting, collating, analysing and evaluating contracts

data arising out of the Auxiliary Services contracts.
- Communicating contractual obligations, contracts data and
