Currently we are looking for HR Partner to be based at Johannesburg, South Africa.

Brings value to the organization by working with client groups to understand site / country / business / function needs. Must be a credible partner skilled at communicating to various levels of the organization. May also be responsible for the people activities in compliance with local labor legislation if they are fulfilling a site/country HR partner role.

Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provides HR support across Southern, Western and Eastern Africa and works with the respective Country Management teams to deliver a seamless Employee Experience.- Partners with leaders to deliver people priorities aligned to business/function people strategy- Advise people leaders to ensure people agenda is aligned with employee and local labor relations- Applies and advises on relevant local law and regulations related to employee and labor relations.- Collaborate closely with the HR Solutions team and advocate the One HR Model in the Company- Provides feedback to HR Solutions regarding local implementation employee/labor relationship issues-
- Leads projects and/or steps of projects with manageable risks and resource requirements- May be accountable for ongoing activities or objectives- Serves as resource for less experienced colleagues- Works independently with mínimal guidance- Understands best practices and how HR processes relates to others- May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements- Serves as resource for less experienced colleagues- Explains difficult or sensitive information and handles sensitive people issues in utmost professional and confidential manner- Works to build consensus- Will be a member of the South African Leadership team and will be responsible for all people related discussions actions and activities within the Leadership Team- Will be responsible for defining and executing the HR related aspects of the Skills Development pillar within the BBBEE strategy in South Africa.- Ensure compliance by completing and submitting all statutory reporting, including the Company’s Employment Equity report- Strong labor relations knowledge and skills to manage the unionized environment at the Company’s manufacturing plant in South Africa.- An in-depth knowledge of all labor related legislation in South Africa

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource.- 8 to 10 years of experience is required.
