**Hybrid Working**

This is a permanent role to support the finance functions for the Content+Cloud Group (SA & UK). Your duties you'll be keen to get on top of include:

- Assisting with Audit request
- Supplier Accounts creation on Business Central
- Supplier reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly / monthly supplier pay run
- Ad-hoc duties upon request

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of AR & AP processes including Expenses
- Experience with: General Ledgers, Expenses, Credit Cards, Accounts Payable, journals
- Experience in an Accounts Team

**Advantageous**:

- Business Central experience
- Microsoft Excel Advanced (pivot / vlookup / hlookup etc.)

**Sales Ledger - SIPCOM Entity**
- Creation of Sales Orders as required
- Regularly review sales orders to identify invoicing opportunities
- General sales order invoicing
- Preparation of Microsoft CSP NCE and Azure billing data to generate the monthly invoices
- Liaise between internal stakeholders for enquiries relating to invoicing queries
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP platform
- General administration and finance duties as required such as data cleansing, data input

**Purchase ledger - SIPCOM Entity**
- Post invoices in Business Central as required
- Payment runs as required
- Accruals

**Content + Cloud Group**
- Process Expenses in line with policy
- Process Credit Cards in line with policy
- Post Invoices in BC
- Monthly recharging of credit cards and expenses to other entities within the group
- Checking supplier statements are required
- AP cover for holidays

**General**
- Good Excel Skills - presentation, organising data, pivots, and lookups
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
