**Senior Client Partner - TikTok**

**I. OBJECTIVES**:

- Responsible for the growing, managing, and developing of multiple advertiser accounts, ensuring strong relationships, superior service level, and increased profitability for the product platform.
- Senior Client Partner manages and develops key accounts, builds strong relationships, and drives depth and breadth across some of South Africa’s top brands and agencies.
- Maximize revenue from direct clients and agencies.

**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for establishing and building strong business relations with brands and agencies closely on a C-Level that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Build partnerships with key clients across industry sectors
- Design the sales plan for your industry sector to identify business opportunities and achieve identified sales targets
- Drive revenue from direct and agency clients and achieve the sales target
- Lead strategic meetings with digital heads, business unit directors, client leads
- Prepare industry-specific and client-specific seasonal packages and incentives
- Plan strategically and proactively toward achieving company determined revenue objectives
- Responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities within existing clients and securing annual deals against clients’ yearly plan
- Prepare and present QBR’s to clients. Support and assist the client in identifying areas of improvement and seek to grow ad spend quarterly through strategic input and insight
- Report back to BU Head measured against weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and targets

**III. PERSONAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree or similar qualification in business, communications and/or marketing
- 10+ years digital media sales experience
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Extensive pre-existing network of contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and skilled speaker able to present to a room full of executives
- Work independently to complete assignments with mínimal direction
- Naturally take a collaborative approach and values teamwork as a way to achieve goals and solutions
- Strong and developed time and task management skills
- Detail oriented and responsive
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures
- Experience in representing international Social Media Platforms
