We’re searching for an experienced Motorcycle Dealership Manager who’s ready to take on the challenge of running a challenging dealership, keeping both the team and our customers at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire dealership, from sales to service, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction, managing and motivating a team of sales, service, and parts staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture, driving sales while keeping an eye on performance targets and ensuring the dealership meets its goals and ensuring top-notch customer service, making sure every rider that walks through the door has a great experience.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
A valid Driver’s AND Bike License (Exceeding 125 cc)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
5+ years of Motorcycle Management experience in a franchised dealership - you’ve been in the game long enough to know how to keep things moving.
Experience with Keyloop (formerly CDK) or a similar Dealer Management System - you know how to leverage technology to streamline operations.
A hands-on leader who’s not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day action.
A people person who thrives on building relationships with staff and customers alike.
3 months commission sheets (MUST be sent with CV)
A stable and continuous work history
