About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Motorcycle Dealership Director to join our team at Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, ranging from R800,000 to R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as bonus opportunities and benefits that match their qualifications.

Job Description

As a Motorcycle Dealership Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments. You will ensure smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and manage and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meeting performance targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Ensure the dealership meets its goals, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric Certificate and valid Driver's License (over 125cc).
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in motorcycle management, preferably in a franchised dealership.
  • Proficiency in Keyloop (formerly CDK) or a similar Dealer Management System.
