**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BComm LLB
- Admitted to the High Court
- Tax qualification will be advantageous
- 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act, Closed Corporations Act, National Credit Act as well as tax and other legislation relevant to various corporate transactions.
- Experience in Mergers and acquisitions
- Drafting & reviewing of Shareholders Agreements, MOI's, various company restructuring agreements including sale of shares and subscription agreements and credit agreements

SALARY
