Internal Sales Client Service Administrator - Cape Town

An Internal Sales Client Service Administrator position is available in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

Large, well established air conditioner wholesaler and exporter based in Montague Gardens (Cape Town) is looking to employ a Client Service/Administration/Internal Sales person.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- National spares sales.
- Ordering.
- Invoicing.
- Returns.
- High level of communication with customers, suppliers and co workers.
- Excellent customer service.
- Speedy response to customer queries.
- Must have the ability to service a broad customer base.
- Monitor inventory countrywide.
- Weekly cycle counts on routine basis and stock takes every quarter.
- Inspect goods.
- Arrange collections and follow up on delivery with couriers.
- Work together with warehouse to ensure parts availability, exchanges and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.
- Inspecting packages when necessary and resolving any discrepancies.
- In addition to the above, you will be expected to assist / complete other tasks and duties including but not limited to general administration.

**Experience & Qualification**:

- Matric.
- Strong administration experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Attention to detail essential.
- Able to work within set systems.
- Able to multitask.
- Experience with spares an advantage.
- Relate well to others.

**Package & Remuneration**:
R12k - R13k ctc depending on experience
