**Internal Sales Administrator**

Our client, an innovative force in the paint industry, producing cutting-edge paint products for the industrial and domestic market, seeks to appoint a _dynamic_ and _client centric_Internal Sales Administrator to join their Cape Town team. A strong internal sales background, coupled with sound accounts administration skills will be required to ensure the smooth running of the administration and internal sales process of this branch.
- Requirements:_
- Minimum of 3 years internal sales experience.
- Sound Ms Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Proficient on SAGE Accounting.
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience within the construction and paint industry would be advantageous.
- Strong telemarketing experience.
- High level of confidentiality required
- Highly committed and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with strong leadership skills.
- Responsibilities:_
- Bookkeeping duties:_
- Creating invoices, purchase orders, statements, credit notes and quotes
- Matching payments received in bank account to invoices
- Capturing of stock items onto SAGE system
- Scanning all slips and Invoices to Dext
- Bank reconciliation
- Compile Debtors reconciliation sheet
- Update Creditors payment list.
- Updating loan account
- Assisting with account queries
- Gathering data for Accountant.
- Purchases:_
- Ordering stock and keeping track of outstanding orders.
- Compile Purchase orders for suppliers
- Compile Invoices, Statements & Credit Notes.
- Quotations:_
- Compiling quotations for potential customers
- Keeping a detailed list of all quotes sent.
- Designed variance order and delivery notebooks.
- Timesheet Administration:_
- Wage register.
- Working with Link Accounting to produce payslips and PAYE
- General Administration:_
- Processing Paint Warranty requests and Issuing client paint Warranty Certificates.
- Arranging flights, accommodation, and car rentals
- Keeping Minutes of Meetings
- Updating health and safety file for Shop
- Maintaining an accurate & meticulous filing system on Google Drive
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
