Our client, a well-established beauty salon in **Hermanus** is looking for a **Front Desk Coordinator (FDC)**.

The role of the FDC is to welcome guests to the salon and to coordinate the day’s appointments.

You will be the first line of contact for the guests, therefore a friendly, professional guest orientated approach is central to the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome all guests in a friendly, welcoming, and professional way.
- Understand and advise guests on all treatments and products available.
- Accurately book appointments and / or handle changes made to appointments.
- Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and accurate manner.
- Answer calls in a friendly professional manner.
- Manage therapists’ work schedule /rosters.
- Responsible for salon opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock counts and inventory control.
- Assist with administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken, telephonic and written).
- Organized and systematic.
- Detail orientated.
- Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
- Able to function under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for someone who is excellent with **customer relations**, has **integrity** and is **well presented.**

Salon Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm | Saturdays 9am - 5pm | Sunday and Public Holidays 9am - 3pm.
