**About the Brand/Division**:
The Invoice to Cash (Store cash and cards) Department is responsible for exception management and reconciliation related to all tender transactions other than credit purchases/refunds. This includes confirmation of settlement, transaction floor, flagging risks and concerns as well as working with various teams to insure logging and resolution of all related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the operating policies and procedures are understood by the team and adhered to;
- Oversee the required weekly and monthly reconciliations within the trading divisions;
- Ensure that all relevant bank matching activities (e.g. upload of store payment files, relevant journals, etc) are processed accurately and timeously;
- Monitor and identify stores who did not complete their banking and escalate to Operations teams within the trading divisions;
- Complete the necessary daily and weekly bank matching follow up and controls;
- Manage any foreign debits and credits within TFG accounts and ensure resolution and chargebacks are timeously actioned;
- Ensure SLAs are met by the team and periodically review deliverables to ensure optimum achievement;
- Clear any relevant payments and handle unallocated payments according to company policy;
- Resolve any outstanding bank matching issues and escalate to the Invoice and Cash Accountant where appropriate;
- Ensure reports (e.g. Trend Reports) are accurately compiled, analysed and provided to the relevant stakeholders;
- Support all UAT requirements for relevant systems testing;
- Ensure effective communication and relationships with all internal and external business partners.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1-3 years of functional working experience
- Experience supervising a team in a transactional environment is preferable
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and finance processes
