**About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)**

The primary responsibility of the Patient Engagement Specialist is to drive health and business outcomes by providing high-quality support to our patients through outbound phone conversations before they join the programme.

Healthcare is one of the last industries to experience a digital revolution. To help earn the right to treat their condition digitally, a human touch can accelerate a relationship of trust. These interactions add depth to the patient experience and enable higher-touch healthcare. We are looking for someone with customer service and/or sales experience to set the standard of greatness and rapidly learn, iterate and give us conviction on patient engagement best practices.

You will be the voice of the patients to drive product, and process improvements, share insights and collaborate with the wider teams in Eucalyptus. Your role will be essential in communicating with other teams to ensure each patient feels heard and their unique needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to patients throughout their treatment lifecycle to increase conversion from one stage to another;
- Make the complex simple for our patients by solving their problems and handling their objections;
- Assist in improving our conversion processes so that we can scale the engine across the world/to other brands;
- Summarise patient sentiment, and escalate bugs to other parts of the growth team to create a more cohesive patient experience.

**About you (Who you are)**

**Skills And Mindset**
- At least 2+ years of customer service or retail experience (bonus points for outbound/inbound sales experience)
- Proactivity to find problems and solve them in an efficient, customer-focused manner.
- Great numerical skills like understanding metrics, and conversion rates;
- Naturally empathetic, reliable, and caring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and the ability to use a range of tones of voice to interact with customers;
Bonus points if you have experience in the healthcare space, allied services or a keen interest in health & wellness
