Executive Assistant to Managing Director

**Position Overview**:The executive assistant provides administrative support to the MD and CEO of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Screening telephone calls and requests and dealing with these when required
- Organizing and maintaining dairies and making appointments
- Assisting with the resolve of personal service provider queries
- Typing of letters or documents, reports
- Maintaining all office equipment and furniture
- Ordering company business cards
- Arranging office-related services, including:
- Air conditioning service/repair
- Preparing monthly site invoices, including intercompany and TMS invoices
- Manage the development of the company profile
- Managing the reception duty roster
- Flight Bookings, Accommodation Bookings
- Minutes of Meetings, in person and via teams
- Monthly grocery purchases for the office
- Credit Card Expenses
- Ad hoc duties
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great sense of confidentiality
- Excellent organizing skills
- Present the ability for higher thinking and decision making
**Education and Experience**:
- **2-5 years Executive Assistant Experience**:
- Matric/Grade 12
- IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Teams)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
