About the Role:

**Responsibilities**:
Book accommodations, transfers, activities, and flights.

Manage end-to-end trips to South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, and Eswatini.

Finalize supplier guidelines and protocols before each trip.

Liaise with clients and suppliers during trips.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with key partners.

Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.

Negotiate favourable rates with existing and potential partners.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate trip bookings and minimize customer dissatisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**: Minimum four years of work experience in the Southern Africa travel or hospitality industry in a similar role.

**Essential**:Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay connected while working remotely, and fully commit to the hours required in this demanding but rewarding environment.

**Essential**:Organized, structured, and effective time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

In-depth product knowledge of Southern Africa.

Commercial mindset, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach.

Cultural sensitivity.

Willingness to travel when necessary to meet customers and/or suppliers.

Live in or around Durban.
