**Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure they meet performance standards and goals.
- Production Management:

- Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Adjust production schedules as needed to meet customer demand.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that products meet quality specifications and are produced according to established procedures and standards.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to prevent defects and maintain product consistency.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure materials and supplies are readily available for production.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality records, and performance metrics.
- Generate reports for management to track production performance and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Food Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management within the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of meat, fish, poultry, bakery, and dairy production processes.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in using computer software and production management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
