Are you passionate about the food industry and have experience in production supervision? RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our client's food production team.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food production facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality food products. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing and motivating a team of production workers to achieve production targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and quality requirements.
- Supervise and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure that all production processes comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain and update production records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any equipment issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any food safety or hygiene concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food production industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production demands.
