Market leader in the commercial and domestic security and property improvement sector requires an organized, motivated, and focused Marketing Co-Ordinator to:

- Manage internal Webshop, co-ordinate all franchise orders, deliveries, invoicing, and pricing of promotional apparel and merchandise, franchise sales aids, marketing documentation and requisites
- Marketing office administration, updating marketing information, compiling and circulation of marketing and sales support documentation, compiling reports and supporting documentation for projects and activities
- Marketing department invoicing and creditors management
- Event co-ordination including booking venues, price negotiations, special marketing material orders, contact point for event organisers, make show and exhibition bookings, submit booking contracts to Marketing Manager for approval, oversee event organisation process and ensure all requirements are met, management of show marketing aids and packaging and despatching within deadlines, researching new event/exhibition opportunities, attending marketing events, shows and exhibitions to support and assist, booking and co-ordination of photo shoots, video opportunities, marketing activities, managing website updates, tv and print advert requirements
- Assist marketing team members with all day-to-day tasks and projects, co-ordinate marketing material and content, ensure constant updates and relevance
- Manage, update and ensure the accuracy of marketing department's databases and documentation
- Assist with sponsorship requests, opportunities and events
- Attend marketing meetings, take minutes and circulate
- Ensure corporate identity brand standards are maintained continuously, manage advertising and branding requests from franchisees and agents and ensure brand identity adhearance, work with graphic designer on adcertising briefs and requirements, purchasing requisition management for national and international franchises,
- Attend out-of-office functions, sites, opportunities for potential photography or video marketing opportunities and submit proposals to the marketing executive for approval and working closely with photographers/videographers
