Overview:
Responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of multiple translation projects and queries in a fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities**:
Translation Cost Management
- Create, monitor and update project quotes.
- Managing LSP invoices, cost approvals, payment statuses/queries and any other related administration.
- Compiling of estimates and proposals for investigation purposes.
- Responsible for the amendments of existing LSP rate cards, including sign off from relevant senior.
- Calculations of translation estimates based off the rate cards.
- Compilation of estimates and proposal for new languages or markets.
- Negotiate pricing with new or existing LSPs.
Translation Quality Management
- Feedback incorrectly submitted jobs to client for rectification.
- Delivery of projects as per client’s expectations.
- Perform LSP quality checks.
- Collecting delivery and linguistic quality data (KPIs).
- Analyse the collected delivery and linguistic quality data (KPIs) and present recommendations to management.
Translation Process Management
- Liaise between Games Global stakeholders and LSPs on all project related matters, including delivery dates, cost, risk management, etc.
- Leading weekly catch-up conference calls with LSPs.
- Translation pack management - receive, analyse, distribute and deliver files (between internal and external resources), using translation management tools.
- The management of multiple, translation projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure projects are submitted following the agreed processes.
- Ensure all translation disputes are resolved in a timeous manner and feedback is provided.
Translation Process Improvements
- Identification and driving of process improvement opportunities.
- Provides feedback to stakeholders and LSPs on any process improvements
- Implement new localised and translation glossaries.
Time Management
- Log time into agreed system timeously.
- Manage own time to ensure work is completed.
- Arrive at meetings on time and ensure a replacement attends the meeting if unavailable.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide support to clients by evaluating and understanding their needs
- Manage Games Global's set of linguistic resources such as translation memories.
- Troubleshoot project and complex technical related issues experienced.
- Manage the on-boarding process of newly acquired studios and new LSPs.
- Develop and adhere to technical documentation and provide ongoing training for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years working experience as a project co-ordinator/administrator
2 years domain knowledge or Translations experience.
Project Management Certificate (e.g. CAPM).
Ability to liaise with global stakeholders.
Bilingual advantageous
