**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Responsible for the reparation and analysis of financial reports which include income and loss statement, balance sheet & Cash flow.
- Ensure the accurate reporting & transparency of monthly financial results in strict accordance with deadlines while providing timely feedback to Senior Management.
- Co-ordinate and prepare annual budget/ monthly rolling forecasts, including operating and capital expenditure, Order income, Revenue, profitability, and cash estimates. Responsible for the data input in the different tools and data consolidation.
- Ensure any variations to budgets and forecasts are explained in management reports, including any future / potential exposures to the organization.
- Manage/ send all lead country and head quarter reporting requests on time and control their efficiency, accuracy. Explain and analyse deviations in a clear and simple way.
- Maintain accurate orders cost control (OCC), Customer individual allowances and country rating allowances. Ensure accruals and WIP are in line with the actual view on project level.
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage complex projects including offer calculations, commercial implementation, logistics supervision etc.. to ensure the safe arrival to planned financial forecasts and internal targets.
- Provide assistance and direction to all team members regarding financial targets, achievements, shortfalls as well as other financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor target achievement development and exert the necessary efforts internally and externally to achieve the set business targets.

**Your qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in revenue and cost controlling.
- Experience in trade finance is a must including collaterals, payment instruments, L/Cs, documentary collections, demand guarantees and Incoterms.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles. An SAP power user would be an asset.
- Strong level of English communication.
- Advanced experience/ Background in Accounting /Finance/ Project Management/ Business Administration
- Able to manage complex projects
