Admin/sales Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting sales teams, coordinating office operations, and fostering positive customer relationships? We're seeking a dynamic individual to our client’s team, they are based in Centurion, and be an integral part of our property development journey.
Role Overview:
As an Admin Office Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our sales department by ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up on inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you'll support our General Office Manager with various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team members to ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and follow-up actions are completed.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
Support the General Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment by assisting colleagues and fostering teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the property development industry and a genuine interest in helping people.
**Salary**: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
