**Job description**:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing general administrative duties, and maintaining care to existing, and prospective clients of the group. The responsible person should have a friendly disposition, and a methodical approach, to implement the office service model and procedures, to deliver a quality service to maximise client retention and referral.

**Responsibilities**:

- Office support and administration
- Prepare and maintain client files
- Implement company procedures
- Reception/front office duties
- Interact, manage and provide an efficient client service
- Administer products, and systems
- Record and process client queries and instructions
- Manage computerised diary and travel arrangements for director(s)

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- 2 years relevant work experience preferably within the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office)

**Recommended requirements**:
**- **Diploma or degree
- RE5

**Competencies required**:

- Client service orientated
- Organized and methodical
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident

**Experience**:

- Financial Services: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RE 5 Certificate (preferred)
