Capital Efficiency Group is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team as an Administrator in our Foreign Exchange Intermediary division. This is a full-time position which offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in the financial industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative tasks, including:

- Checking FICA documents for corporates and individuals
- Maintaining client records
- Opening client bank accounts and liaising with Banks
- Facilitating and processing client transactions
- Dealing with client queries
- Completing Bank forms for S.A Reserve Bank compliance

Applicants must have:

- Previous work experience in financial services
- A relevant commerce or financial degree
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Computer proficiency in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and good typing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A deadline-driven mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
