**PURPOSE OF ROLE**

The aim is to transfer financial management skills to the SMEs to enable them to build financial sustainability in their businesses.

The finance mentor will work with each SME through monthly one-on-one sessions to help them develop financial goals and to build financial management practices so that they can manage their finances adequately.
