**Purpose of the job**:
**Key duties or responsibilities**:

- Duties include, but not limited to,
- filing and storing data in the cloud,
- drafting letters,
- providing FICA when requested from various institutions,
- attending the administration of opening bank accounts for clients,
- requesting information from various institutions,
- Following up on requests to clients,
- Preparation of meeting packs,
- Receiving phone calls from clients,
- Managing the diaries.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric essential and further tertiary education of relevance is favourable.
- Flexible, willing, and able to work outside of office hours at times. (No clock watchers welcome).
- Reliable cellphone and own contract (Expenses are all claimed back from the company).
- Career driven - there is an opportunity for growth for someone who is hungry for knowledge.
- Can handle delegation.
- Works well under pressure - at times there is a lot to juggle.
- Fast learner and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity and reasonable knowledge of the accounting industry preferable.
- Must have own reliable transport and valid license.
- 100% office job (working from home will only be considered in an emergency).
