This is a super exciting position if you are serious about your career and eager to join a dynamic large organisation where you will have benefits and stability. This position is ideal for an experienced Debtors/Creditors clerk looking for a new challenge within this FMCG space.

**Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Basic Accounting or Bookkeeping or Credit Management Qualification
- Advanced accounts
- Preparing reconciliation of debtors' accounts and monthly as EXCEL skills
- Excellent command of English language
- At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in credit control
- Accounting programmes such as SYSPRO, SAP or PASTEL

**Debtors Function**:

- Supervision of the credit controllers, ensuring that their work is done accurately and timeously - Head office and branches
- Preparation of monthly report regarding Debtors 90 days and over
- Problem-solving of customer accounts
- Ensuring customer queries are attended to timeously
- Monthly Reconciling of debtors regarding payments, claims, rebates and discounts
- Ensuring that correct rebates and discounts are deducted by customers per their agreed trading terms
- Action of necessary financial journals on debtor's accounts
- Preparing reconciliation of debtor's accounts and monthly statements of accounts for distribution
- Checking credit notes to relevant invoices, and allocation thereof to respective invoices in debtors' ledger
- Ensuring that all orders that go into suspense are actioned

**Creditors function**:

- Creditors Reconciliations
- Process documents onto Syspro; creditors and cash book systems
- Load internet payments
- Process journal entries
- Compose expense schedules
- Communicate with supplies and resolve account queries
- Assist with monthly Cash Book reconciliations
- Assist with year-end audit queries and schedules
