**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Experience**:

- Matric
- 3+ years of experience in administration
- Must be computer literate - Word, Excel.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Must live in Pretoria North or close vicinity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls (Office phone).
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Carry out administration responsibilities accurately and within the given timeframe.
- Creating and processing of orders in managing system.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Receive all visitors to our office.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

**Profile**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Presentable and friendly.
- Must have own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
