Sales Consultant | Location: Durban for KZN region | Reporting to: Branch Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Minimum of 5 -8 years experience in a sales position
- Advanced computer skills
- Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the catering equipment would be advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
- Manage orders until payment is completed.
- Maintain a customer database
- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
- Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
- Refer all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
- Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
