StoneCo, a leading granite company, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions. This position offers a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn commission from your first sale.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of StoneCo's products and services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

**Sales Presentations**:Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase StoneCo's offerings.
Address client concerns and objections, providing appropriate solutions.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

**Quota Achievement**:Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Continuously prospect and develop new business opportunities.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.

**Compensation**:
The Sales Consultant position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure that allows you to earn from your first sale. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
