**Reception Duties**:
- The Receptionist will be required to perform Reception duties on a daily basis.
- Small Switchboard 4 incoming lines & 10 Extensions.
- It is important that all telephone calls are conducted in a professional manner.
- All messages must be written down correctly and handed over to the relevant staff members accordingly.
- Issuing of visitors tags.
- Request Dust coats for visitors going into the production facilities from Quality Assurance Manager.
- All visitors received in reception must be handled in a professional manner.
- The Receptionist must be presentable when performing reception tasks.
- **1. **Reception**:

- There is an office Cleaner that comes in every morning to clean the offices, but it is the Receptionist responsible to also keep it clean during the course of the day.
- The welcome mats need to be cleaned - receptionist to advise when cleaning required.
- The glass doors must be wiped on daily basis
- **2. **Boardrooms**:

- It is the responsibility of the Receptionist to ensure that the large and small boardrooms are clean & additionally the boardrooms must be cleaned after each meeting during the course of the day
- Tables and display areas must be dusted and all bottles must be removed from the tables after meetings.
- **3. **General tasks**:

- The Receptionist is responsible for making coffee and tea for visitors in reception upon request.
- Visitors need to be treated respectfully at all times.
- The Receptionist may be request from time to time to assist with other ad hoc tasks in the office.
- Filing for Logistics Department
- Generating Labels as requested by the Logistics Department
- Stationery & Grocery Control - Issuing to staff as required once a requisition slip has been filled in & presented by designated staff.
- Update Stationery Excel income & issue schedule
- Month end Stationery & Grocery Stock Take.
- Filing for Financial Department
- Assisting with Archiving for Logistics & Financial Department**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric- Reception experience- General Filing and admin experience- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner**What Qualification**
