**Operations Administrator**
We are a car rental company based in Johannesburg looking for an Operations Administrator to work in our offices based in Halfway House, Midrand. SaiFleet Car Rentals offers a long-term rental solution/agreement to our clients (Corporate & Individuals).
We are looking for an individual who will help oversee and manage insurance claims once they are submitted.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining knowledge of current laws affecting insurance policies and practices in order to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Filing official insurance-related paperwork such when claims and any various insurance documents.
- Processing claims for coverage of losses.
- Conducting investigations into insurance claims to determine liability and damages.
- Monitoring claims payments to ensure that they are accurate and made in a timely manner.
- Communicating with customers about their claim’s status, payment amounts, and any other pertinent information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven knowledge of car insurance claims (preferred).
- Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration.
- Advanced general ledger and spreadsheet management skills.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
**Salary**: From R5,185.07 per month
