**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a In Office Remote Support Technician to join a reputable and well established company in Johannesburg. If you are interested and have experience with remote support and have good knowledge of a range of Security Equipment.

**About the position**
- Answer calls, answer mails, assist with queries and small quotes where required
- Create Job Cards for teams to assist. Try to do First line support before a team is dispatched
- Assist teams when they are struggling on site
- Follow up with teams and manage client expectations
- Call clients for feedback and scheduling

**Required experience**
- At least 2 years working experience remote or telephone support
- At least 3 years experience in the security industry
- Experience with Microsoft office suites
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Remote Support: 2 years (required)
- Electronic Security: 4 years (required)
