**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update training materials and modules for various Food & Beverage roles, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations in various settings (in-house, off-site, etc.).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; adjust programs as needed.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles; communicate this knowledge effectively to staff.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Instill a strong sense of customer service in all training programs, emphasizing the importance of guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and align programs with company goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on training or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu development, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in training, hospitality management, or related field is a plus.
