**_Vertragsart:_**_ Zeitvertrag von Mitte April bis Mitte November - 20 Stunden pro Woche, verteilt über 3 bis 4 Tage die Woche, Montag und Freitag inklusive_

- Als Mitarbeiter/in des Kundendienstes stellen Sie den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt Ihres Handelns und tun alles, was Sie können, um unseren Kunden die bestmögliche Erfahrung zu bieten. Sie werden ein wichtiges, unterstützendes Mitglied des Kundendienstteams sein, dessen Aufgabe folgende sind:_
- _Effektives Beschwerdemanagement, Maximierung des Servicenutzens und Minimierung von Risiken/Kosten
- _Sie unterstützen proaktiv die Erbringung eines konstant außergewöhnlichen Service für jeden Kunden_
- _Erfassen der Ergebnisse von Beschwerden und Vorantreiben positiver Veränderungen im gesamten Unternehmen, um die Auswirkungen auf zukünftige Kunden zu minimieren_
**_Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:_**
- _Sie spielen eine Schlüsselrolle in allen Phasen des Beschwerdemanagements, von der Annahme, Bewertung und Untersuchung von Beschwerden bis hin zur korrekten und effektiven Abwicklung von Entschädigungen, Rückerstattungen oder Kulanzleistungen.
- _Befolgen der internen Prozesse und interne Kommunikation mit den Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenbeschwerden, Feedback und Bedenken vollständig untersucht werden, so dass alle Informationen zur Verfügung stehen, um Situationen innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens zu einem guten Abschluss zu bringen._
- _Überwachung und Aufzeichnung von Details zu Unfällen oder Vorfällen gemäß den internen Prozessen sowie proaktive Details von Basisteams zu laufenden Kundensituationen, Maßnahmen und Ergebnissen, effektive Kommunikation innerhalb des Kundendienstes zur Ermittlung von Möglichkeiten für weitere Maßnahmen oder bessere Lösungen._
- _Übernehmen Sie die direkte Verantwortung für einige einfachere "schnelle" Fragen, Anfragen oder Anliegen und passen Sie Ihre Kommunikation an die jeweilige Situation an._
- _Entgegennahme von Anrufen und Beantwortung von E-Mails von Basisteams, die Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Kundenproblemen wünschen/benötigen, Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienstteam, um die erforderliche Unterstützung und Antwort zu geben._
- _Aktive und enthusiastische Unterstützung der Prozesse zur Weitergabe von positivem Kundenfeedback und Anerkennung von Service-Highlights._
**_Erforderliche Qualifikationen_**
- _Kundenorientiert mit Erfahrung in der Erbringung eines hervorragenden Kundendienstes
- _Exzellente Organisationsfähigkeit - Sie sind in der Lage, Prioritäten zu setzen und Fristen einzuhalten, auch wenn Sie unter Druck stehen._
- _Sie haben ein gutes Auge für Details und können Prozesse gut nachvollziehen_
- _Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Ihren Kommunikationsstil an die individuellen/situativen Bedürfnisse anzupassen
- _Freundlich, professionell und in der Lage, starke interne/externe Beziehungen aufzubauen
- _Sie sind in der Lage, selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und sind ein positiver Teamplayer_
- _PC-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- _Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift und entweder Französisch oder Deutsch sind unerlässlich. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (Niederländisch/Spanisch/Italienisch).
- _Große Begeisterung für Urlaub und das Produkt Le Boat_
